The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing maintenance and diagnosing HVAC systems in residential settings, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and providing expert recommendations to optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough maintenance calls on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems, identifying root causes of malfunctions and inefficiencies through comprehensive troubleshooting. Provide clear, professional recommendations to customers for improving or repairing their HVAC systems, ensuring solutions align with their needs and budgets. Perform repairs on heating and cooling systems, addressing electrical, mechanical, and other components with precision and care. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions in a clear and professional manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance visits, diagnostic findings, and completed repairs. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and professional work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service calls. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a residential setting. EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostic techniques, and repair processes. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Physical capability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Available Shifts Tuesday-Saturday Sunday-Thursday Monday-Friday Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Benefits $3,000 Signing Bonus (payable upon successful completion of 90-day probationary period).
