HVAC INSTALL TECHNICIAN

Poulin Cooling | Pinellas County Skilled HVAC Installer? We want to hear from you. Poulin Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a growing team. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of installation experience who is comfortable working with residential HVAC systems and is ready to bring their skills to a company that has high standards for how work is performed. Your experience is important — but your work ethic and attitude matter just as much. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Install residential HVAC systems professionally and efficiently. Install and work with split systems and mini-split systems. Perform basic ductwork modifications and installation as needed. Follow installation specifications and company procedures. Complete installations according to Poulin Cooling's quality standards. Properly use tools and equipment required for HVAC installation. Maintain a clean and organized jobsite. Protect the customer's home and property while working. Work safely and follow company safety procedures. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management. Complete required installation documentation. Work as part of a team while being capable of handling assigned work independently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of HVAC installation experience. Experience installing residential split systems. Experience with mini-splits. Basic ductwork experience. EPA Universal certification preferred. Valid driver's license. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Your own HVAC hand tools and equipment appropriate for the work. Willingness to learn and follow Poulin Cooling's installation methods and standards.
