Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC service experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide high-quality service to both commercial and residential customers. This role requires a self-motivated technician who can handle multiple service calls, complete accurate documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial and residential systems. Diagnose and resolve HVAC equipment issues efficiently and accurately. Manage multiple time-sensitive service tasks while maintaining quality standards. Complete service documentation and reports to ensure accurate billing. Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and solutions. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC service experience . Light commercial HVAC service experience required. Valid Florida Driver's License with a good driving record. EPA Certification required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience servicing both commercial and residential HVAC systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage a busy service schedule effectively.
