Job Description

Entry Level HVAC Installer (ResidentialLight Commercial)•Start Your Career Here! Join a Trusted Name in HVAC Since 1921 Jacob HeatingAir Conditioning has proudly served the West Volusia community for over 100 years as a family-owned company. We're known for quality workmanship, honest service, and treating both our customers and team members with respect and integrity. We are currently looking for a motivated Entry Level HVAC Installer to join our growing installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade and build a stable, long-term career with a respected local company.
Schedule:
7:30 AM•4:30 PM, Monday•Friday (occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends may be required)
Pay:
$17.00•$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems while maintaining high safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work at heights and use scissor/genie lifts safely Strong mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool knowledge Willingness to learn and follow installation best practices Commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Trade school training or at least 6 months experience as an HVAC Install Helper Mechanical and tool knowledge highly preferred EPA 608 Certification (preferred) Previous construction or mechanical experience Ability to read basic blueprints and diagrams At Jacob HeatingAir Conditioning, we invest in our people and offer opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement.
