Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HVAC Duct & A/C Installer to join our construction team. This position is primarily focused on residential new construction , installing ductwork, air conditioning equipment, vents, grilles, and other HVAC components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on construction experience, be comfortable working with power tools and hand tools, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience installing HVAC systems is preferred. Responsibilities Install HVAC ductwork according to plans, layouts, and job specifications Install air conditioning equipment, including indoor and outdoor units Install supply and return vents, grilles, registers, and related HVAC components Connect and install ductwork, flex duct, fittings, and insulation Assist with refrigerant lines, drain lines, and other HVAC connections Measure, cut, assemble, and secure ductwork and HVAC materials Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly Read and follow construction plans and HVAC layouts Coordinate with builders, contractors, and other trades on the job site Inspect installations to ensure proper fit, quality, and workmanship Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety procedures and applicable building codes Perform other HVAC installation and construction-related tasks as needed Qualifications Previous HVAC installation or ductwork experience preferred Construction experience is a plus Basic understanding of air conditioning and HVAC systems Ability to read and follow plans or drawings Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to work on ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and construction areas Ability to lift and move HVAC materials and equipment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work Preferred Experience Residential new construction HVAC Ductwork installation A/C equipment installation Flex duct and sheet metal ductwork HVAC vents, grilles, and registers Refrigerant and drain line installation Working with builders and other construction trades Position Type Full-time Experience level: Experienced preferred, but candidates with strong construction/mechanical experience may be considered.
