Local service-area travel required Job Overview Aire Serv is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to provide service, maintenance, repair, and installation support for homeowners across the local service area. This is a customer-facing residential service role. You will meet customers in their homes, diagnose HVAC issues, complete repairs and maintenance, install equipment or accessories when needed, and explain recommended solutions clearly and professionally. The right candidate will take pride in quality work, communicate well with homeowners, and deliver the type of service that leaves customers saying "wow." Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system checks. Complete HVAC equipment and accessory installations. Evaluate ductwork, airflow, and static pressure issues. Educate homeowners on repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality options, and service plans. Present solutions clearly and professionally. Deliver a clean, respectful, 5-star customer experience in every home. Communicate with the office team throughout the day. Complete jobs thoroughly, safely, and efficiently. Use field-service technology to document work, update job status, and support customer communication. Minimum Requirements Residential HVAC service and/or installation experience. EPA Certification. Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and static pressure. Valid driver's license with a clean / acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Own basic HVAC tools. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Comfortable working directly with homeowners in occupied homes. Preferred Qualifications Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field-service software. Experience presenting repair options, indoor air quality solutions, upgrades, or service plans. Strong residential troubleshooting background. Experience with both HVAC service and installation. Manufacturer or corporate HVAC training. Comfort working in a performance-based environment with spiffs, commissions, or bonuses. Compensation & Benefits $25- 35/hour, depending on experience and technical knowledge.
