HVAC Lead Installer - Fort Myers, FL Jackrabbit Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our Fort Myers team. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to lead a crew, and wants room to grow with a growing company, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installation jobs from start to finish Install air conditioning and heat pump systems, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment Lead and train installers, helpers, and apprentices Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Perform system start-ups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues Read and interpret job specifications and equipment requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners and address questions about the installation Coordinate with sales, service, dispatch, and management to ensure jobs are completed properly Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Previous experience as a Lead Installer or Crew Lead preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and equipment EPA certification required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation specifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and lead a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Six-figure earning potential Full-time W-2 position Company vehicle Benefits after 90 days Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Year-round work Growing company with room for career growth Supportive team and professional work environment Join Jackrabbit Jackrabbit Air Conditioning serves homeowners throughout Fort Myers and Southwest Florida with HVAC installation, service, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions.
