WHAT YOU'LL

DOAssist the lead installer with residential system replacements and new installsHandle equipment, ductwork, and materials safely on the job siteSupport attic, closet, and tight-space workKeep the job site clean and leave the home better than you found itLearn the trade through hands-on work and structured training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORA

strong work ethic and a willingness to be taughtComfort working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areasAbility to lift and move equipment safelyA valid driver's license and a clean driving recordReliability, which matters more here than experienceSCHEDULEMonday through Friday, 40 hours per week plus overtime.

COMPENSATION

$21 per hour, with a probationary period paid at $17 per hour. Raises tied to further education and certifications.
