You are the technician homeowners see twice a year, the one who catches the small problem before it becomes an emergency call in August.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems Inspect, clean, and test equipment, and document system condition Identify developing issues and communicate them clearly to the homeowner Support indoor air quality, duct, and dryer vent work as scheduled Keep accurate records and maintain your truck stock

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR EPA

certification, or willingness to obtain it with our support Experience with residential HVAC maintenance or a strong mechanical background Attention to detail and consistency, job after job A valid driver's license and a clean driving record A friendly, professional presence in customers' homes

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

COMPENSATION

$20 to $24 per hour depending on experience, plus raises tied to further education and certifications.
