We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated receptionist to work in a fast paced, growing business. The perfect candidate exhibits excellent customer service skills and be eager to learn and grow with the company. Duties Greeting all patients in a professional manner; Handling patient phone calls, intake, referrals, and other questions. Checking patients in and out Assisting patients with inputting information in to iPads. Copying insurance ID cards and driver's licenses as well as several other general office activities related to a medical practice. Being responsible for taking phone calls, booking appointments, checking out patients, and scheduling their follow-ups. This person will also support the front office business administrators, and the Office Manager, in various operations areas and tasks. Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed Provide excellent customer service and communication
