Overview:

Browix is hiring an HVAC pro for installs and service on new construction and rehab projects. EPA 608 required — this is a skilled role for someone who works clean and knows their equipment. Steady W-2 work with a busy Gainesville GC.

Compensation:

$25/hr base plus a performance bonus for quality installs delivered on schedule. Top techs earn the equivalent of ~$35/hr . Bonuses are paid on work that passes inspection.

Gainesville, FL and surrounding job sites What you'll do: Install and service residential systems — condensers, air handlers, line sets Ductwork layout and installation Charge, test, and commission systems What we require (no exceptions): EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal) 3+ years HVAC install/service experience Can install a full system from scratch Reliable transportation and own hand tools What sets our top guys apart: NATE certification Both install and diagnostic/service skills Clean, straight, professional-looking installs How to apply: Message us the word CHARGED and list your EPA cert level and years of experience.
