Based on experience We are looking for dependable, experienced individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in joining a growing HVAC contracting company. Job Responsibilities Install commercial HVAC ductwork according to plans and specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork Install supply, return, exhaust, and fresh-air duct systems Install duct fittings, transitions, elbows, dampers, and accessories Hang and properly support ductwork Read and understand mechanical/HVAC drawings and blueprints Perform modifications and repairs to existing duct systems Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on active construction sites Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow company and jobsite safety requirements Requirements Previous experience installing HVAC ductwork Experience with commercial construction preferred Ability to read a tape measure and use standard sheet metal/HVAC tools Ability to read mechanical plans is preferred Must be reliable and able to arrive at jobsites on time Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must have reliable transportation to jobsites throughout South Florida Must be able to perform physical construction work, including lifting materials and working from ladders when required

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
