HVAC Installer All Brands Cooling & Heating

We are hiring a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, clean installations, and doing the job right the first time. We offer steady year-round work, competitive pay, and a culture focused on craftsmanship — not high-pressure sales. What You'll Do

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, mobile home units, and related equipment.
• Perform complete system change-outs, new installs, and equipment replacements.
• Install and modify ductwork, line sets, drains, electrical connections, and accessories as needed.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
• Test systems, verify proper operation, and perform system start-ups.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Complete installation documentation using mobile service software.
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools. Required Availability Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM Saturdays 8AM-2PM as needed What We're Looking For
• 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Clean driving record (no tickets in the last 2 years)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and installation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and outdoor conditions
• Must have own hand tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience (Not Required)
• Experience with Housecall Pro or similar HVAC software
• Sheet metal or duct fabrication experience
• Light commercial installation experience
• Electrical troubleshooting knowledge Pay, Bonuses & Benefits
