Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a professional attitude toward customer service. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and control systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
• Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet manufacturer and company standards
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and system performance
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Familiarity with Trane, Carrier, Lennox, or York commercial equipment
