In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ventilation systems. Your expertise will ensure that systems operate efficiently and reliably, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems according to schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans while adhering to safety standards and building codes Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment, including refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and mechanical systems Utilize hand tools and mechanical systems repair techniques to ensure proper installation and ongoing system performance Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to accurately install or repair complex HVAC systems Conduct system testing and calibration to optimize performance; troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently Provide excellent customer service by explaining system functions, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols clearly to clients Qualifications Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of mechanical systems installation and repair Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields such as plumbing or appliance repair is highly desirable Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration cycles, and building automation systems Ability to troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment issues quickly using appropriate diagnostic tools; experience with electrical systems is essential Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools for system installation and repair Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in HVAC/R are a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver preferred 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Join us in delivering top-tier HVAC solutions that improve comfort and efficiency for our valued clients.
