Join a Company That Respects Your Time and Your Craft Comfort Zone of North Florida Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Lead to join our growing residential team. Currently working for another HVAC company? All inquiries and applications are kept strictly confidential, and we will not contact your current employer. We are a family-owned and operated company with the owner actively involved in daily operations. We are not private equity owned, and we have no plans to sell. We believe in stability, respect, and doing quality work the right way by not rushing through installs or chasing quotas. What You'll Be Doing Leading residential HVAC system installations (primarily full system changeouts) Ensuring quality, clean, and code-compliant installs Working with a small, dependable install team Communicating with homeowners in a professional manner Completing one installation per day to maintain quality standards No rushed afternoon installs and no overbooked days Mixed install and service work (coils, compressors, etc.) Duct cleaning during non-install days (Training Available) What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to lead installs with a helper Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must have own tools Positive attitude and team-first mindset Willingness to follow company standards and installation procedures Why Work With Comfort Zone?
