Respond to guest calls to diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as required, involving the following daily: A/C and heating systems, Electrical, Plumbing, Appliances, Televisions, Hot tub/Spa and Door Locks. Complete service requests promptly and efficiently. Follow up with Front Desk and / or Engineering Coordinator when service is completed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management EPA Universal Certification Required The ability to speak and understand English is required The ability to speak and understand Spanish is desired Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations. Must have a valid driver's license.
