The phones cool off. Large HVAC companies that hired heavily for peak season suddenly have too many installers and too many crews for the amount of work available. The result? Fewer installs. If you're a top-level Lead HVAC Installer, you shouldn't be sitting around hoping your name gets picked for the next job. Expedited Home Services is looking for 1-2 exceptional Lead Installers who want to stay productive, earn great money, and become a major part of a rapidly growing company.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for someone who simply has "HVAC experience." We're looking for a legitimate Lead Installer. Someone who can take ownership of a residential installation and confidently run the job from beginning to end.

You should be able to:

Lead residential HVAC installations professionally and efficiently Install split systems, heat pumps, package units, air handlers and condensers Produce extremely clean, professional workmanship Properly handle line sets, drains, electrical, airflow, duct transitions, equipment setup and startup Understand commissioning and verify the system is operating correctly before leaving Troubleshoot unexpected problems in the field Direct helpers and keep a crew productive Communicate professionally with homeowners Protect the customer's home and leave the jobsite cleaner than you found it Take responsibility when something goes wrong instead of blaming everyone else Stay calm and professional when a difficult job gets frustrating Maintain a strong work ethic without someone constantly watching over you Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in being excellent.
