We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, be comfortable working independently in residential environments, and provide professional customer service while completing service and installation work. HVAC Service & Installation Technician:
3+ years of residential HVAC service and installation experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with heat pumps, split systems, air handlers, package units, and common HVAC controls Experience with residential HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and static pressure Experience installing/replacing air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, capacitors, fan motors, ductwork, UV lights, and indoor air quality products EPA Section 608 certification Must have all required HVAC hand and power tools Must be comfortable working in attics, using ladders, bending, standing, kneeling, and twisting Must be able to safely lift HVAC equipment and perform physically demanding work Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Basic smartphone/tablet skills for completing job documentation
Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls Install and replace residential HVAC systems and components Evaluate ductwork, airflow, and static pressure Explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers Prepare repair and replacement estimates using upfront pricing Complete job notes, photographs, estimates, invoices, and required documentation Collect payment and obtain customer authorization when required Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Follow manufacturer specifications, company procedures, safety standards, and applicable codes Communicate with management regarding job status, customer concerns, scheduling issues, and additional work needed Additional Requirements for

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a valid driver's license and clean/acceptable MVR Must have reliable transportation to the job site Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must maintain dependable attendance and timely communication Position requires professionalism when working in customers' homes
