Led by Ron Charron, our team is built on a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Repair Technician to join our growing team. Job Description We're seeking a skilled HVAC Repair Technician with 2-5 years of hands-on experience to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You'll be the face of Top Dog in customers' homes and businesses, delivering reliable, high-quality service that keeps them coming back. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system malfunctions (cooling, heating, ventilation, refrigeration) Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential and commercial systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues Replace or repair components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and controls Communicate clearly with customers about diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and parts usage Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards Keep service vehicle and equipment organized and well-maintained Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service calls Qualifications 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC/R repair experience (residential and/or commercial) EPA 608 Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of HVAC brands and systems Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/rooftops as needed HVAC trade school certification or equivalent experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay, commensurate with experience Additional pay for on-call/after-hours service calls Company vehicle and tools/equipment provided Steady, year-round work in a growing Tampa Bay company Supportive team environment with 34+ years of local reputation behind you
