What We Are Looking For The Seasoned Pro:
You have solid residential troubleshooting experience. You don't guess; you test. Static pressure, subcooling, superheat, and electrical diagnostics are second nature to you.
The Educator:
You can explain a cracked heat exchanger or a failing compressor to a homeowner in plain English without sounding apologetic or aggressive.
The Professional:
You treat the customer's home like your own. You document measurements, photos, and options clearly because you take pride in your paperwork.
Credentials:
EPA 608 Certification and a clean driving record are required.
