This is a hands-on position for someone who understands HVAC ductwork, can confidently read plans, and knows how to keep a crew organized and productive. You'll be trusted to help solve field challenges, maintain workmanship standards, and keep projects moving. The position includes interpreting blueprints, laying out duct systems, fabricating and installing sheet metal and flex duct, sealing and insulating systems to specification, and identifying airflow or installation problems. You'll work closely with supervisors and other trades to coordinate projects, maintain safety standards, and ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule.
