LEAD HVAC - Technician - Afterhours pay at double and triple time!

Looking for: Lead HVAC Tech Condee Cooling & Electric, Inc. has been serving the Marco Island area since 1969. We provide the highest quality service through knowledge, professionalism and integrity to our large family of customers. We do all types of a/c and electrical service, Air Conditioning installations; Residential, Commercial, Generators, Home Automation Systems, Motor, Pumps, and Cooling towers. We provide preventative maintenance programs for our customers. We are looking for growth in our company. In order to do so we need to fill many positions with self-motivated, willing to excel technicians. Unlike many other company we don't expect for our techs to be salesman and push customer sales ticket up; techs expected to just do what's right for the customer, fix what is broken and only do services they request. Qualifications /

Requirements:

o Refrigeration Tec - Minimum five years of service experience -- Commercial Appliance, Ice Machine and Walk-in Cooler service & repair and needs to be EPA Certified. o Drug Free o Clean Driving Record o Valid Drivers License o
