Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior systems to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues using schematics, electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters, and mechanical knowledge to restore functionality promptly. Conduct welding, carpentry, painting, and other facilities maintenance tasks to support building interior upkeep and aesthetic standards. Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, replacing fixtures, and troubleshooting drainage or water supply issues. Use hand tools and electrical equipment to perform repairs or installations efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Supervise or assist with maintenance painting projects and oversee the proper use of maintenance tools in compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing layouts, and mechanical components for accurate repairs. Lead or support team efforts in supervising maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally while communicating maintenance activities clearly. Requirements Proven experience with HVAC system repair, building interior maintenance, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical work, and facilities equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, welding skills, carpentry, and painting. Familiarity with schematics related to HVAC systems, electrical wiring diagrams, plumbing layouts, and facilities operations. Ability to operate testing devices such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting effectively. Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is a plus for understanding automated building systems. Experience with Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) processes including inventory management of parts and tools. Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is preferred to support team coordination. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interactions. Valid electrical license or certification is advantageous; relevant certifications in HVAC or plumbing are desirable but not mandatory.
