Director of Engineering Job Summary:

Hotel Victor is looking for a reliable and experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our Engineering team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the hotel's air conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable experience for our guests and a safe, well maintained property.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems Perform preventive maintenance on AC units and equipment Diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and drainage components Respond to guest room and hotel maintenance requests Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance as needed Maintain maintenance records and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

Previous HVAC/AC technician experience preferred Knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge EPA certification preferred Reliable, hands on, and able to work independently Benefits 401(k) retirement plan.
