Job Description
Florida Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is seeking a professional HVAC Service Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, properly diagnose and repair systems, communicate well with customers, and enjoy solving problems, you'll do well here. We're looking for a technician, not a parts changer. We believe in diagnosing systems correctly, communicating honestly with customers, and doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. Perform maintenance and system evaluations. Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers. Follow company processes and complete all required job documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Maintain a clean and properly stocked company vehicle. Work efficiently while delivering high quality service. Perform other job related duties as assigned. What We Expect Minimum two years of HVAC service experience. Strong diagnostic ability. Professional appearance and communication. Comfortable communicating with residential and commercial customers. Ability to follow company systems and procedures. Works well as part of a professional team. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Shows up on time and ready to work. Comfortable working longer hours during peak demand season.
