Job Description

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of commercial properties. In this field-based role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, traveling between sites as needed. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, completing inspections and work orders via mobile tools, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all tasks meet safety, code, and client standards. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on building systems and equipment across multiple commercial properties Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building issues safely and efficiently Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and complete work orders via mobile CMMS tools Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and parts procurement Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, codes, and JLL standards Communicate effectively with clients and site contacts to minimize downtime and disruption Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory in good working order and accurate records Support energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives Respond to urgent service calls and participate in on-call rotation as required Collaborate with teammates and share best practices to improve service quality Required Skills Building maintenance HVAC repair Electrical troubleshooting Plumbing repair Preventive maintenance Reading blueprints and schematics CMMS/work order systems Safety and OSHA compliance Basic BMS controls familiarity Customer service communication
