Responsibilities:
Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations. Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers. Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence. Test each system after service or repair has been completed. Perform a proper inspection of the system. Effectively explain all services and repairs performed. Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices. Provide customer leads to sales team.
Qualifications:
3 years of verifiable HVAC service experience required. EPA Type 1 and 2 required. NATE certification preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills a must! High school diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Compensation:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
