Overview We are small family like company, seeking an experienced & skilled HVAC Install Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical aptitude and have experience in installing, must be willing to learn. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications. Duties Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Weld and plumb components as necessary during installations or repairs. Collaborate with other installers and contractors to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements Experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation. Experience with air conditioning systems, and other HVAC equipment. Ability to weld and plumb effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
