In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help improve indoor air quality and comfort for our clients across various commercial and residential settings. We are seeking motivated professionals who thrive on problem-solving, technical excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify issues with electrical systems within HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Use hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs. Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems to optimize performance and extend equipment lifespan. Diagnose complex issues involving plumbing, refrigeration, building automation systems (BAS), and electrical systems to restore system functionality swiftly. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring client satisfaction during every interaction. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or service technician roles within HVAC or related mechanical systems. Strong knowledge of HVAC system repair, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, building automation systems (BAS), electrical diagnostics, refrigeration technology, and plumbing. Ability to operate hand tools effectively along with diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Mechanical knowledge covering HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), boilers, appliances repair, air conditioning units, and mechanical systems repair. Valid driver's license with a clean record; experience operating drivers preferred for site visits. Certifications such as EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification for refrigerant handling are required; additional certifications in electrical or mechanical fields are advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service; ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
