You will work on a wide range of systems, including: Air conditionersHeat pumpsGas furnace/AC systemsPackage unitsLight commercial systems Whether you're experienced or still developing your skills, this is an opportunity to join a company that will train, support, and reward you for doing things the right way.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)Inspect, clean, and optimize system performanceWork on air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and package unitsDiagnose system issues and perform repairsHandle both basic repairs (capacitors, contactors, thermostats) and advanced repairs (coils, compressors)Identify refrigerant leaks and system inefficienciesUnderstand and work on:1-stage systems2-stage systemsVariable speed / communicating systemsCommunicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendationsOffer solutions for repairs, IAQ, or system upgrades when appropriateDeliver a professional, 5-star customer experience every time What We're Looking For HVAC experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right personEPA Certification (Required or willing to obtain quickly)Valid driver's license with clean recordMust own (or be willing to acquire) a complete set of HVAC toolsStrong work ethic and willingness to learnGood communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetHigh standards of workmanship and integrity Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (above industry average)Performance-based incentives & bonusesCompany-provided work vehicleCompany uniformsPaid vacation & holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) / retirement plan (after 1 year)Additional voluntary benefits available Our Promise to You We don't just say we care—we prove it.
