Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, motivated HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering top-tier service to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who wants: Consistent, year-round workOngoing training and developmentHigh earning potentialA clear path for advancement You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces)Perform routine maintenance and system tune-upsCommunicate clearly with customers and educate them on system performance and optionsProvide repair and replacement recommendations with integrityMaintain accurate service records using company softwareEnsure all work meets company quality standards and local codesUphold a clean, professional appearance and job siteWork as part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in doing things right What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsEPA Certification (required)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude and team-first mentalityDesire to learn, grow, and improve every day
