What You'll Do:

Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Ensure every install meets code, safety standards, and manufacturer specs Train and mentor install helpers to build the next generation of talent Manage jobsite workflow to keep projects on time and on budget Deliver a 5-star customer experience - explaining systems and answering questions with confidence Maintain accurate job documentation and represent the company with professionalism

What We're Looking For:
