Commercial HVAC Technician Comfort Temp Company - 2.8 Orlando, FL Job Details 21 hours ago Qualifications Brazing equipment Customer communication Electrical schematic reading and interpretation Wrenches EPA 608 Technician Certification Electrical layout diagram interpretation HVAC Certification EPA Certification Full Job Description Commercial HVAC Technician Comfort Temp — Orlando, FL Orlando's commercial buildings don't stop running — and neither do we. Comfort Temp needs an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician NOW. If you can braze copper, charge refrigerant, and read a wiring diagram without blinking, we need you on a truck this week — not next month. No fluff, no corporate double-talk. Just good work, good pay, and a team that's got your back. Who We Are Comfort Temp Company has been keeping Florida cool since 1985 — Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa. We do commercial mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and pipefitting work for buildings that can't afford downtime. That means our techs can't afford to be average. We run on four rules, and we don't apologize for them: Do what you say. Do what it takes. Walk with purpose. Do the right thing. You show up, you work hard, you tell the truth — you'll fit right in here. The Job Big buildings. Big systems. Big problems that need somebody who actually knows what they're doing. You'll service and install commercial HVAC equipment across the Orlando area — the kind of work that separates a real technician from a guy who just changes filters. What You'll Do Service and install commercial HVAC equipment Handle control wiring and start-up procedures like you've done it a thousand times — because you have Inspect and dial in new equipment so it runs right the first time Reclaim, recover, and charge refrigerant the right way Solder and braze copper piping; run PVC for condensation lines Keep your truck stocked and squared away — no digging through a mess to find what you need Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and fix them, not just flag them What You Bring to the Table 5+ years turning wrenches on commercial refrigeration and HVAC — or equivalent training that proves you know your stuff EPA certification (required — no exceptions) All required permits/licenses to work on HVAC and refrigeration systems The kind of attention to detail that catches the problem before it becomes a callback Straight-shooter communication — with your crew and with customers Strong back — comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight, hot, cramped spaces Can read electrical and mechanical plans and wiring diagrams without needing a translator Some extended-day travel required — you're not afraid to get out of your comfort zone Why Comfort Temp We don't hang our values on a break room wall and forget about them — we hold each other to them, every single day, in the field and out. We invest in our people, we recognize hard work when we see it, and we build careers, not just paychecks. If you're tired of clocking in somewhere that doesn't know your name, this is your shot. Ready to Go to Work? Don't sit on this one. Send your resume to today. Cover letter's optional — just show us what you bring and why you're the guy for the job. We're hiring now. Are you ready now?
