We specialize in air conditioning repair, maintenance, system replacements, indoor air quality solutions, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Orlando team. If you are a strong troubleshooter who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing an excellent customer experience, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform service calls and accurately identify electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues Complete preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections Service and repair split systems, heat pumps, package units, and other residential HVAC equipment Clearly explain system issues, repair recommendations, and available solutions to homeowners Provide professional, honest, and exceptional customer service Complete accurate service documentation and job notes Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Work independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and management Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow your career What We Offer $70,000
