HVAC technician needs to have experience diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC Systems and providing exceptional customer service while discussing options to repair and improve the customers HVAC system. We are a 5-star rated company and are looking for team members who can provide thorough service while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. For our lead HVAC installer position we are looking for a highly motivated lead installer who can manage full change outs from start to finish in a professional and timely manner and interact with customers to ensure the installation meets their expectations. Our ideal lead installer will need to know how to build and install duct work, low voltage wiring, proper installation techniques and be motivated by doing an excellent job and a clean installation. Minimum of 3-5+ years experience to diagnose, repair, maintain and install residential HVAC systems. Candidate needs to have a good driving record and great customer service skills as well as strong diagnostic skills. Punctuality is crucial as well as the ability to effectively communicate issues directly with homeowners. Technicians need to be organized and will be responsible for keeping truck stocked, filling out paperwork and performing repairs and maintenances. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is able to multitask and handle jobs from start to finish while communicating with the office for any further work needed. Driving and heavy lifting will be required. Summary As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be essential in delivering high-quality service and maintenance for HVAC systems. Reporting to the Service Manager, your role involves utilizing core skills in refrigeration and HVAC, alongside premium skills in HVAC design. You will engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met while demonstrating strong communication and customer service abilities. Your mechanical knowledge and experience in field service will enable you to troubleshoot and repair systems effectively.
