Role Description This is a full-time role for a Lead Traveling Technician. This role will require 100 percent travel on weekdays. Technician will be home most weekends. The Lead Traveling Technician will be responsible for on-site cleaning projects, performing AC cleaning, carpet and tile cleaning. Daily tasks include coordinating with staff, ensuring adherence to cleaning standards, and using environmentally-friendly cleaning practices. Travel across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama is required to deliver our services. Responsibilities Travel to commercial locations across Georgia, Alabama, and North Florida AC/PTAC units using commercial-grade equipment Clean carpets Follow company procedures to meet cleaning and safety standards Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Communicate professionally with clients and team members Submit documentation and reports as required for completed work Requirements Previous experience in carpet cleaning, HVAC/PTAC unit cleaning, or related fields Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor daily Willingness to travel frequently (including overnight stays as needed) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Phone with texting/email capability to communicate and submit updates Why Join Red Cardinal Cleaning Solutions? ✅ Competitive pay
