What You'll Do:
Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure the community is well-maintained Handle emergency repairs and maintain maintenance equipment and vehicles Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, and repair various machines Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies Report any signs of potential abuse or neglect immediately Attend mandatory in-service training sessions
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with an emphasis in HVAC (required) Trade school degree and/or 2 years of related experience with a CG (preferred) Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with the team Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test Benefits Available to
