  • 2:30 PM 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM No weekends required.

This position is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing HVAC equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Essential Responsibilities Assemble HVAC units and mechanical components according to specifications. Install, connect, and troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC system components. Perform copper brazing and refrigeration line work. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics. Conduct testing, inspections, and quality checks on completed units. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all company safety and quality standards. Support production goals while maintaining a strong focus on workmanship and efficiency. Qualifications Required Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC systems. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift. Reliable transportation and attendance. Preferred EPA Certification. HVAC Certification or Technical School training. Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience. Experience with refrigeration systems and copper brazing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
  • $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
