Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare products to enhance their at-home routines. Engage in social media management by posting updates, promotions, and responding to client inquiries to grow our online presence. Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, managing bookings, and providing excellent guest services. Stay current with industry trends in color theory, hair styling, nail care, barbering, and med spa treatments to offer innovative services. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon environment. Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state law. Hands-on experience with advanced treatments such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser therapy, Botox injections, and tattooing is highly preferred. for scheduling and retail sales management. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a professional setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products. Experience with social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus.
