Sep 14, 2026 TWC Services is growing , and we're looking for experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians who know how to diagnose the problem, make the repair, and keep the customer running. If you're confident troubleshooting commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, running your own service calls, and looking for steady work, we want to talk to you. What You'll Work On Commercial rooftop units (RTUs) & split systems Walk-in coolers & freezers Reach-ins and commercial refrigeration systems Ice machines Electrical and mechanical components Restaurant and commercial facility equipment What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing both HVAC and refrigeration equipment Ability to independently diagnose, repair and complete service calls Experience in restaurants, hospitality or other commercial environments EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license Even better if you bring: refrigeration controls, ice-machine experience, light hot-side exposure, or experience mentoring developing technicians.
