Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. Responsibilities Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning units, and related electrical and mechanical components. Use schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct electrical work involving circuit testing, wiring repairs, and the use of electrical equipment such as ohmmeters. Maintain plumbing systems, including repairs to pipes, fixtures, and drainage to ensure proper operation. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for various repair tasks. Supervise or assist with building interior maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and facilities upkeep. Lead or support team activities related to facilities equipment maintenance, MRO (maintenance, repair & operations), and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with safety standards by inspecting electrical equipment repair procedures and plumbing system maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair status and preventive measures. Support leadership in supervising maintenance projects or junior technicians when required. Requirements Valid HVAC certification demonstrating expertise in heating, ventilation, air conditioning system repair. Proven experience with HVAC system troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics and electrical equipment repair is essential. Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair as well as building interior maintenance tasks like carpentry and painting. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, hand tools, electrical work, and MRO procedures. Ability to read technical schematics accurately; experience with electrical equipment such as ohmmeters is required. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of providing clear instructions and customer service. Supervising or leadership experience is a plus; ability to guide team members effectively. Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices including plumbing systems, HVAC systems, building interior upkeep, and safety standards.
