Multi-Trade Service Technician (AC, Electrical, Plumbing)

We are looking for an experienced, self-thinking Multi-Trade Technician to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in AC, electrical, and plumbing, we want you! You will be given the autonomy to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on your own. No hand-holding—just good, rewarding work with a company that values your expertise.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot & Diagnose:

Independently figure out complex issues across AC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Occasional travel will be required.

Perform Repairs:

Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance in residential and/or commercial settings.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years of hands-on field experience with a proven track record of fixing tricky problems.

Self-Thinker:

You don't need step-by-step instructions. You can look at a problem, troubleshoot logically, and get the job done right the first time, helping troubleshoot" customer systems.

Versatility:

Comfortable transitioning between an AC condenser, a faulty electrical panel, and a plumbing leak.

Professionalism:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay:

Starting at $30.00+ per hour, based on experience. Final compensation will be determined after the interview process. #WPB
