HVAC Service Technician Equity Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Central Florida. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with homeowners, and can confidently diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and tune-ups Identify airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and system performance issues Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers Identify repair, indoor air quality, maintenance, and replacement opportunities Complete service documentation accurately Maintain a clean and professional work environment Provide an excellent customer experience on every call Qualifications Residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, and electrical components EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable presenting repair and replacement recommendations to homeowners What We're Looking For We want more than someone who can turn a wrench.
