This position is the lead in a two man crew to install HVAC systems. Must know and utilize best practices (soldering, wiring, ducting, etc), have a great attitude, be a good communicator to customers and coworkers, be able to effectively give and receive direction, work as part of a team, and have an eye for a good looking and clean installation. Additional spiffs are provided above and beyond hourly pay for jobs that pass a permit inspection (the first time) and do not have callbacks within 90 days.

• $1,500 sign on bonus
