Air America has been in business since 1981. We specialize in residential AC service and installation. We are very focused on honest and solid ethical approaches with all of our customers and employees. We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC service/maintenance technician. We have 1 position available. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Completing dispatched work orders effectively and efficiently. Communicating with customers to maintain company standards and reputation. Selling repairs, upgrades and equipment replacement. Repairing all brands of heating and cooling systems. On call availability per schedule.

Qualifications for this position include:

A minimum of 3 years field experience. All required tools of the trade. Strong knowledge of the trade and tools of the trade. Consistent attendance and punctuality. The ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures. The ability to utilize dispatch and billing software. Strong customer relation and communication skills. Strong multi tasking, organizational skills. The ability to work long hours in the heat. The ability to work in small spaces. Availability for after hours on call rotation. Clean Florida driving record. EPA certification.
