Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing, and related mechanical equipment. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive reliable service while you grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately troubleshoot issues. Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems. Conduct field service visits to customer locations, providing expert repairs and installations with professionalism and efficiency. Clearly explain repair versus replacement options to help customers make informed decisions. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing or mechanical repairs when necessary. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Support property maintenance tasks including HVAC servicing, equipment repair, and general mechanical upkeep. Follow all safety standards and company policies. Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotations as required. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields such as construction or property maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and electrical testing tools like multimeters and ohmmeters. Experience performing equipment repair. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus. Knowledge of field service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety standards.
