Core Duties Execute scheduled upkeep and fix commercial HVAC/R hardware. Identify and resolve malfunctions within heating, cooling, and refrigeration units. Set up modern HVAC/R machinery and infrastructure as needed. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all industry protocols. Deliver outstanding support to ensure clients feel informed and valued throughout the service process. Keep precise documentation of all maintenance tasks, repairs, and service visits. Work alongside colleagues to boost overall service productivity and operational success. Keep pace with emerging industry developments and technical innovations in the HVAC/R field. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training in HVAC/R is a plus. At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with commercial HVAC/R equipment. Deep understanding of HVAC/R components, systems, and diagnostic methods. Possession of a valid driver's license and a spotless driving history. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to solve complex problems with high attention to detail. Ability to operate autonomously while also contributing to group goals. Foster positive relationships through clear communication and professional service. Hold an EPA certification to enhance your technical credentials.
