Strong mechanical knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating systems, and food service equipment. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately. Experience with appliance repair, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with leadership qualities.
