We're looking for a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support our Tampa Panera Bread Cafes . About the Role You will be responsible for performing HVAC/R service, repairs, and preventative maintenance across our facilities that keep our locations running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities Perform HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Complete general maintenance tasks Maintain accurate service logs. Respond to on-call/emergency service requests as needed. Monitor and manage maintenance inventory and supplies. Collaborate with operations to ensure a high standard of quality, safety, and professionalism. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with team members and vendors.

Requirements:

3+ years of HVAC experience (commercial experience preferred). Strong understanding of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Able to work independently and within a team. Must be able to travel locally within the Tampa market . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to pass a background check. Experience with restaurant or commercial equipment is a plus.
